FAQs

 How long before I receive my items?

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This may be longer during busy times. You will be notified once your order/s is/are fulfilled.

Please allow between 3-7 days for your order/s to arrive (location-dependent). All orders are supplied with a tracking number, which will be sent to you with your Notice of Shipping. If you haven't received your item beyond a reasonable time please don't hesitate to contact us through email or our Facebook page to review the status of your order. A replacement item will be sent to you in the event of lost parcels. This excludes parcels marked as 'delivered' by the post.

We source various products from different suppliers to give you access to amazing products at affordable prices. Some items are sent directly from the warehouse/manufacturer and would take 10-20 days for the delivery of these items. If this is the case, this will be specified on the product page. 

 

Do you allow pick ups?

As we have received several requests for this, we have recently offered the pick up option for customers living in Lane Cove and surrounding areas. This allows customers to save on shipping costs. Please note, however, that pick up is done by appointment with limited times available. If you have selected this, we will contact you to confirm date/time. If you are unable to pick up, we will issue an invoice for shipping, to be paid before your order/s get shipped. 

 

What is my item on pre-order, how long will it take to receive my order?

Pre Orders are open for a specific time frame before the final order is made. This allows us to purchase the items in bulk, so the item/s are available to you at a cheaper price (compared with regular priced items).

On average the Pre Order window will be 1-3 weeks (plus 3-7 days postage period from All Things Babies). Generally, it is recommended to purchase pre-order items 4 weeks prior to the date required.

You will receive a final confirmation e-mail when your order is on its way, this e-mail will also include a unique tracking number.

 

I purchased a custom-made item, how long will it take to receive my order?

 It is recommended to purchase customised-items at least 4 weeks prior to the date required. We do have a limited supply of some items for customers who require the products immediately, please send us an email to determine if we are able to fulfil your order within the date you require it (extra chanrges may apply to rush orders and express postage).

*This particularly refers to our tutu dresses. These dresses are hand-made-to-order items.

 

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we welcome all wholesale enquiries and can offer you a competitive price  based on product and quantity. 

 

Is there a warranty period?

Attipas shoes have a 30-day warranty from day of purchase. Normal wear and tear, including pilling is not included in the warranty. If you have any issues, please contact us before the warranty period ends, anything beyond this period will void the warranty. These will be subject for an exchange of a pair with equal value.

Please note that SALE ITEMS are considered final same and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do our very best to make sure our product photos are as close to the exact product colour as possible, but due to variations in monitors and browsers, colour may appear different. Handmade items may also have variations to actual measurements.
